Payment
Every print is made to order. Shop orders are priced first: you send the order, I email you the exact price, and you pay securely through Stripe only after you approve it. For custom prints, approving your quote saves your card with Stripe and it isn't charged until your print starts; if it can't be charged then, you'll get an email with a secure payment link.
Pickup and shipping
Free pickup in Mentor-on-the-Lake, Ohio, by appointment. Shipping within the U.S. is paid by the customer, calculated from the package weight and always shown as its own line before you order. Turnaround: At least 2 weeks. You'll get an email when your order ships.
Sales tax
Orders shipped to or picked up in Ohio include 7.25% sales tax (Ohio taxes shipping too). Orders shipped to other states don't include Ohio sales tax.
Returns
Every print is made to order, so I can't take returns for a change of mind. If a print arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, tell me within 14 days and I'll reprint it or refund you.
Your files
Uploaded files are stored privately on my own server, checked for safety, never published, and never shared. They're deleted 90 days after your order is complete, or sooner if you ask.
What I won't print
Firearms, firearm parts or other weapons; designs you don't have the right to print; anything illegal or hateful. I may decline any job.
Privacy
I collect what I need to quote, make and deliver your order: your name, email, files and address. Payment details go to Stripe and never reach this site. No trackers, no ads, no selling your data.
